Job summary

Selco Builders Warehouse in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced store leader to drive daily operations, customer service and sales performance. You will lead the shop floor, yard and Goods-In, manage stock and pricing, and ensure promotions are executed with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to manage stock, pricing and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the shop team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Oversee day-to-day shopfloor, yard, checkouts and Goods-In.
• Manage full stock lifecycle from receipt to replenishment and merchandising.
• Maintain stock availability and reduce losses.
• Ensure high shopfloor standards and promotional changes.
• Drive sales and profitability through strong standards.
• Coach colleagues to build capability and ownership.
• Support branch management and act as senior on duty when required.
• Ensure the branch is safe, compliant and welcoming for customers.
