Selco Builders Warehouse in the United Kingdom is seeking a Store Manager/ Supervisor to lead and develop a team, delivering outstanding customer service and strong operational performance.

You will oversee shopfloor, external yard, checkouts and Goods-In, manage stock from receipt to replenishment, maintain pricing and planograms, drive sales and profitability, and coach colleagues to maintain high standards while ensuring safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop your team to deliver excellent customer service and strong operational performance.
• Oversee day-to-day operation of shopfloor, external yard, checkouts and Goods-In areas.
• Manage full stock lifecycle from receipt to replenishment, merchandising and sale.
• Maintain stock availability and integrity, reducing losses and handling damaged, discontinued and out-of-date stock.
• Ensure high shopfloor standards, including replenishment, pricing, planogram compliance and promotional changes.
• Drive sales and profitability through strong operational standards, stock control and team performance.
• Coach and support colleagues to build capability and ownership.
• Support the wider branch management team and act as the most senior leader on duty when required.
• Ensure the branch is safe, compliant, well-stocked and welcoming for customers.
