Job summary

Asda in Feltham seeks a General Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations across departments, maximise availability, minimise waste and shrink, and ensure a safe, compliant Superstore environment.

You will work with the Operations Manager and department managers to raise standards, drive productivity, and enhance delivery flows, stock routines and customer experience while developing teams and coaching for ongoing improvement.
