Job summary

Morrisons in Preston is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead store operations, drive safety and service standards, and coach department managers to build a high-performing team. Deputising for the Store Manager, you will set direction, resolve issues, and continuously improve store performance.

You will prioritise customer satisfaction, staff development, and compliance, while optimising resources to ensure shelves are consistently stocked and operations run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the retail industry.
• Track record of managing a large, fast-paced store operation.
• Experience improving store performance and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and empower the team across the store, mentoring department heads.
