Job summary

Lidl in the United Kingdom is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to lead on the shop floor and behind the scenes. You’ll set a stellar example, manage cash processes, monitor stock integrity and inspire your colleagues to deliver their best work.

You’ll take ownership in the Store Manager's absence, driving customer service, health and safety compliance, and KPI performance while supporting your team through every shift. The role offers strong progression and a competitive salary.

• Independently manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager

• Diligently check and work deliveries, managing the till area and monitoring KPIs
• Be a friendly face for every customer, offering excellent service and helping with all customer queries
• Competently comply with Health and Safety laws, standards and guidelines
