Lidl GB is hiring a Deputy Store Manager to lead on the shop floor and behind the scenes. You’ll set a strong example for the team, manage store operations in the Store Manager's absence, drive stock integrity and customer service, and help deliver high standards across the store.

The role offers a competitive salary (£38,000–£46,000 per annum), 30–35 days’ holiday (pro rata), 10% in-store discount, a pension scheme and ongoing training to support your career progression.

Qualificações

• Experience leading and developing a team in a fast-moving retail env.
• Excellent communication to support colleagues and customers.
• Strong time management, delegation and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence to lead during shifts and support the team.
• Pride in delivering outstanding customer service to all shoppers.
• Ability to monitor, manage and improve KPIs.

Responsabilidades

• Set a spectacular example for the Store Team and customers.
• Independently manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Motivate and support the team, aligning with Company Values.
• Diligently check deliveries, manage till area and monitor KPIs.
• Be the friendly face for customers and handle queries.
• Comply with Health and Safety laws and guidelines.
