Lidl GB is seeking a Deputy Store Manager in the United Kingdom. You will lead on the shop floor and behind the scenes, taking ownership in the Store Manager’s absence and inspiring your team to deliver outstanding service.

• Set a spectacular example for the Store Team and customers.
• Independently manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager.

• Diligently check deliveries, manage till area and monitor KPIs.
• Be a friendly face for customers, providing excellent service.
• Comply with Health and Safety laws, standards and guidelines.
