Job summary

Lidl GB is seeking a Deputy Store Manager in the United Kingdom to lead on the shop floor and behind the scenes. You’ll handle cash processes, stock integrity and inspire colleagues to perform at their best.

Responsibilities

• Set a spectacular example for the Store Team and customers.
• Independently manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Motivate and support the team, aligning with Company Values.
• Diligently check deliveries, manage the till area and monitor KPIs.
• Provide a friendly face for customers and resolve queries.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety laws and guidelines.
