Job summary

Lidl GB is seeking a Deputy Store Manager in the United Kingdom. You’ll be cool, calm and collected on the shop floor and behind the scenes, taking ownership when the Store Manager is absent.

You’ll lead a team, manage deliveries, monitor stock, and ensure excellent customer service while upholding health and safety standards. In return, we offer a competitive salary, 30–35 days holiday pro rata, a 10% in-store discount, and a pension scheme.

Responsibilities

• Set an example for the Store Team and customers.
• Independently manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Motivate and support your team, reinforcing company values.
• Diligently check deliveries, manage the till area and monitor KPIs.
• Provide friendly service and handle customer queries.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety laws and guidelines.
