Job summary

Lidl GB is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to lead on the shop floor and behind the scenes, taking ownership in the Store Manager's absence. You’ll manage cash processes, monitor stock integrity, inspire your colleagues and ensure excellent service.

This role offers a competitive salary (£38,000 - £46,000 per annum), 30-35 days’ holiday pro rata, a 10% in-store discount, a pension scheme and ongoing training, with clear progression opportunities.
