• Applies the Smiles selling standards with each customer.
• Follow every step of selling processes proposed by the Training Manager, maximizing every customer opportunity.
• Uses up‑to‑date technical product knowledge and Quest resources to help customers.
• Actively builds customer loyalty.
• Provides outstanding service that delights beyond expectations.
• Reflects brand values and demonstrates passion for the brand.
• Has awareness of all store communications and instructions.
• Understands store budget and targets and KPIs.
• Reports information that contributes to store success.
• Assists in managing stock and ensures correct pricing on the shop floor.
• Minimizes losses to keep shrinkage below 0.5%.
• Assists in inputting and planning stock movement with central retail team.
• Assists in attracting and recruiting staff.
• Helps develop team spirit and train, coach, motivate and retain staff.
• Schedules staff in line with payroll budget and skills.
• Completes forms for lateness and performs return‑to‑work interviews.
• Adheres to cash handling, opening/closing, till procedures and other policies.
• Completes required paperwork on time.
• Maintains a clean, customer‑friendly store environment.
• Performs duties requested by the Store Manager.
• Observe local trading requirements if applicable.
• Participates in training as required.
• Supports environmental initiatives (Green Mark).
• Maintains visual merchandising and window displays to Samsonite standards.
• Supports promotions and campaigns on time.
• Communicates clearly; listens; shares market trends.
• Follows dress code and grooming policy.
• Acts as an ambassador of the Company and its brands.
• Reports directly to the Store Manager.
