TOAST is seeking an Operations Manager for the Marylebone store to deliver outstanding operational performance and an exceptional customer experience. You will lead a high-performing team, optimise back-of-house processes, and collaborate with Buying, Merchandising and Warehouse to maintain stock availability and cost efficiency.

Responsabilités

• Ensure store achieves highly efficient back-of-house and administrative processes to support optimal trading conditions
• Support cost control KPI targets, including stockloss%, pay to sales%, and other controllable costs
• Support recruitment and development of a high performing team with training and guidance
• Demonstrate TOAST's operational and administrative standards through your team
• Build strong relationships with Buying, Merchandising and Warehouse to manage stock movements for optimal availability and cost of transfer
• Ensure a safe and healthy working environment with strong housekeeping and risk assessment
• Ensure adherence to efficient back-of-house administrative processes per the TOAST Retail Operations Manual
• Facilitate optimal trading results through organized operational practices
• Support delivery of TOAST's brand visuals in-store with Sales Manager and General Manager
• Support delivery of TOAST's brand commercial expectations in-store with Sales Manager
• Support customer service delivery and sales targets while leading by example
• Provide detailed feedback to key liaisons regarding stock performance and opportunities
• Support delivery of TOAST's brand and marketing initiatives in-store with the General Manager and Sales Manager
• Maintain measurable goals and opportunities for team succession through coaching and development
• Actively seek feedback and self-develop to continually improve performance
• Any other duties at the request of the General Manager
