Responsibilities

• Work with a small team of managers to ensure the store runs like clockwork daily.
• Own day-to-day running of the store and be the accountable manager when needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues to serve customers efficiently and safely.
• Manage performance, capability, disciplinaries, scheduling and pay accuracy.
• Occasionally support other nearby stores as part of network coverage.
