Job summary

TALA in the United Kingdom is seeking a Store Manager for our Bicester Village location. You will own the store's commercial performance, lead the team, protect the brand, and ensure excellent customer experience on the shop floor.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong commercial instincts, and a passion for activewear. You’ll collaborate with HQ on visual standards, stock control, and daily operations to drive growth in a fast‑growing, mission‑driven brand.

Qualifications

• Proven store management experience in fashion/activewear or premium lifestyle retail.
• Track record of delivering against sales, payroll and profitability targets.
• Strong commercial intuition and ability to read P&L/trade reports.
• Outstanding people leadership including recruitment, coaching and development.
• Excellent customer service standards and ability to inspire the team.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of store’s sales, payroll, controllable costs and contribution.
• Trade the store daily/weekly using data to drive decisions.
• Build and manage the store rota to maximize trading within payroll budget.
• Set clear targets and foster a culture focused on the numbers.
• Lead training on product, service, systems and brand.
