Job summary

Vision Express, Metrocentre store in Gateshead, is seeking a Store Manager to lead a large retail team and own store performance. You’ll drive customer experience, manage rotas, stock, and compliance, and push continuous improvement in a flagship environment.

You will mentor and motivate a high-performing team, communicate effectively, and adapt to change while delivering strong commercial results in a premium eyewear setting.
