Vision Express is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing retail team and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will oversee sales performance, coaching, and store operations across a busy eyewear environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Store Manager, Assistant Manager or retail leader.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and commercial results.
• Experience coaching teams and managing colleague performance.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building.
• Optics experience is preferred but training will be provided.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or retail leader
