Job summary

Holland & Barrett is seeking a Store Manager for our Broadwalk North location in the Quadrant Centre. You'll lead a team of colleagues, drive sales and ensure a welcoming, well‑stocked store aligned with our health and wellness focus.

With 38.75 hours per week and a salary of up to £31,900 per year, you’ll develop people, coach store openness to learning and deliver exceptional customer experiences every day.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading teams and managing store operations in a retail environment.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to develop high-performing teams.
• Commercial awareness and confidence managing performance, budgets and business priorities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a customer-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer experiences every day.
• Build a culture of learning and wellbeing by coaching colleagues and helping them become trusted health and wellness experts through our Qualified to Advise training which you will also undergo.
• Drive commercial performance by managing sales, profitability, payroll and operational excellence.
• Ensure stock availability, visual merchandising, compliance and health and safety standards are maintained across the store.
• Champion the use of technology to improve operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
