Job summary

Holland & Barrett in the United Kingdom is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high‑performing team, deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive commercial success across the store.

You’ll coach colleagues through the Qualified to Advise training, ensure stock availability and merchandising, manage budgets and safety, and collaborate with your Regional Manager to share best practice and raise standards across the region.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a retail environment.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to develop high-performing teams.
• Commercial awareness and confidence in managing performance, budgets and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team delivering exceptional customer experiences daily.
• Coach colleagues through training and wellbeing initiatives to become trusted health and wellness experts.
• Drive commercial performance by managing sales, profitability, payroll and operations.
• Ensure stock availability, merchandising, compliance and health and safety standards.
• Champion technology to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager and peers to share best practices and raise regional standards.
