Job summary

Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Coach colleagues and support their development through training.
- Drive commercial performance by managing sales, payroll and ops.
- Ensure stock availability, visual merchandising, compliance and health & safety.
- Champion use of technology to improve efficiency and customer experience.
- Collaborate with Regional Manager and peers to share best practices.
