Wolverine Worldwide operates a global portfolio including Sweaty Betty and is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high‑performing team in Windsor. You will drive sales, manage costs, and deliver exceptional customer service while upholding brand values and store standards.

The role requires flexibility across shifts, strong leadership, and a passion for retail. You’ll collaborate across functions, support community engagement, and promote a positive, inclusive working environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a management role, in a fast-paced, client-focused retail environment.
• Commercial approach with proven sales background and KPI delivery.
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced setting.
• Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in POS systems.
• Budget management experience including payroll and expenses.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership with a history of developing others.
• Interest in market trends in retail.

Responsibilities

• Be a role model to motivate and engage the team in brand values daily.
• Own sales and profit results, drive cost management and payroll across P&L.
• Deliver outstanding service to customers with professional behaviours.
• Communicate efficiently on the floor and behind the scenes.
• Develop and maintain relationships across the business and community.

• Ensure policies and standards are communicated and followed.
• Identify ways to boost customer loyalty and brand presence locally.
• Coordinate stock placement and store operations for smooth running.
• Lead change management and promote new ways of working.
