Sweaty Betty in Windsor is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and bring the brand to life daily. You will drive sales, manage KPIs, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

With a focus on inclusivity and positive leadership, you will develop staff, manage payroll and stock, and collaborate with partners to grow loyalty in the local community. A proven management track record is essential.

• Commercial background with proven sales and ability to set/deliver store KPIs.
• Capable in fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to embody brand values and deliver inclusive, positive atmosphere.
• Own sales and profit results, manage payroll and KPIs.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with role model behaviours.
• Communicate effectively on floor and back-of-house; build relationships across the business and with community partners.
• Foster a supportive, productive and inclusive store environment.
• Ensure policies and procedures are understood and followed, including health & safety and stock control.
• Drive customer loyalty and brand presence in the local community.
• Oversee stock placement and smooth store operations; manage change within the brand.
• Create memorable customer experiences through authentic service and leadership.
