Job summary

Wolverine Worldwide is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing retail team across our Sweaty Betty portfolio in a fast-paced setting. You will drive store sales, manage P&L, and deliver outstanding customer service while upholding brand standards.

You will mentor staff, optimize store operations, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to create engaging guest experiences, while ensuring health & safety compliance and company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in a management role in retail.
• Proven sales background and ability to meet store KPIs.
• Flexible, fast-paced environment experience.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in POS systems.
• Budget management including payroll and expenses.
• Strong customer service and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and engage your team to promote brand values and foster an inclusive environment.
• Own all sales and profit results, driving cost management and KPIs (payroll, expenses, etc.).
• Deliver outstanding service to all customers and model best behaviors.
• Communicate efficiently on the floor and behind the scenes.
• Develop relationships across the business, customers and community partners.
• Ensure policies, standards, and procedures are understood and followed (H&S, stock management).
• Identify innovative methods to boost customer loyalty and drive the brand locally.
• Partner with the wider business to ensure prompt stock placement and smooth store operations.
• Lead change management in-store and promote new ways of working.
