Qualifications

• Retail experience with a proven sales record.
• Customer-facing experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Flexible, able to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support store management in opening/closing, cash-handling, stock control, merchandising, and keeping a clean store.
• Model positive attitude and product knowledge for the team.
• Create memorable customer experiences through authentic service.
• Help achieve sales goals and store KPIs by supporting in local marketing.
• Perform other duties as assigned and maintain health and safety compliance.
• Own stock management and visual merchandising to deliver on KPIs.
