Scoffs Group is recruiting a Store Manager to lead from the front in a Costa Coffee store in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on delivering unbeatable customer experiences, coaching a team of Baristas and Supervisors, and owning store performance, people development, and day-to-day operations.

You will drive commercial success with a hands-on leadership style, set the tone for a high-performing team, and ensure brand standards and operational excellence across all store activities.

• Ensure operational excellence, compliance, cleanliness, and safety.
• Recruit, onboard and develop team members with clear growth plans.
• Launch seasonal campaigns and execute shop floor initiatives.
