Job summary

Scoffs Group, the UK's largest Costa Coffee franchise, is seeking an energetic Store Manager to lead from the front and coach a team of Baristas and Assistants. You will own store performance, drive sales, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and uphold brand standards across daily operations.

We want a dynamic leader with a passion for people development, strong communication, and a hands-on approach to leadership.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in retail, hospitality or similar customer-facing role.
• Passion for people development and coaching.
• Strong commercial acumen and results-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full flexibility with working hours and a hands-on leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of Baristas and Assistant Managers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and uphold brand standards.
• Manage store performance and drive sales, satisfaction, and engagement.
• Ensure operational excellence, including compliance, cleanliness and health & safety.
• Recruit, onboard and develop your team with clear growth plans.
• Launch seasonal campaigns and ensure flawless shop floor execution.
