Job summary

Scoffs Group, the UK’s largest Costa Coffee franchise, is seeking a Store Manager in Hunstanton to lead from the front. You’ll coach a team of Baristas and Assistant Managers, drive sales and customer satisfaction, and ensure exceptional store performance with a hands-on leadership style.

The Role: Store Manager

As Store Manager, you'll be the driving force behind your store's success - setting the tone, coaching your team, and making sure every customer receives an unbeatable Costa experience. You'll lead from the front and take full ownership of your store's performance, people, and day-to-day operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
