Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking a Store Manager to lead our Monmouth store network. You’ll empower teams, drive customer service excellence, and shape the store's success in line with Costa's brand.

As a Store Manager, you’ll own sales and profit, build community relationships, and deliver Costa's growth journey with energy and integrity. Competitive salary up to £39,000 with rewards and company perks.
