Job summary

Costa Coffee in Bristol is seeking a Store Manager for a 12 month fixed term contract. You will lead store performance, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive growth in a busy retail environment.

You will manage the team, set standards, train staff, and own sales and profitability while representing the Costa brand and its values. The role offers a competitive salary up to £38,000 per year plus perks.
