Job summary

Costa Coffee is hiring a Store Manager for Barnstaple Retail Park in a permanent, full-time role. You’ll lead store operations, drive sales and service standards, and build a high-performing team to deliver the Costa experience customers love.

As a Store Manager you’ll recruit, coach, and develop staff while ensuring excellent standards. Perks include share scheme, staff discounts, a strong pension, and incentive opportunities up to £10,000 store-dependent.
