Job summary

Mint Velvet is opening a new store in Sheffield Meadowhall and is seeking a Store Manager to lead and motivate a small team while delivering excellent customer service and a premier shopping experience. You will embody Mint Velvet's relaxed glamour aesthetic and drive KPIs across sales, costs, payroll and stock control.

With demonstrated leadership, you will recruit and develop staff, maintain brand standards, and ensure outstanding visual delivery.

• Proven store manager experience leading a small team.
