We work with various firms in the Luxury, Premium, and High Premium sectors across Europe, with offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Munich, and Amsterdam.

Store Manager Responsibilities:

• Promote the growth and development of the sales team to achieve targets
• Monitor and improve KPIs with clear objectives
• Conduct strategic business analysis supported by weekly and monthly reports to meet company goals
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, encouraging loyalty and regular appointments
• Drive team performance by delivering an outstanding client experience and managing CRM effectively
• Ensure compliance with operational excellence standards, monitoring efficiency and process quality
• Maintain the visual appeal and condition of the store layout, ensuring the boutique is always impeccable

Store Manager Requirements:

• Proven experience in a luxury environment
