Morrisons is seeking a Store Manager to own the store's P&L, set strategic direction and drive commercial growth while creating an inspiring environment for colleagues.

You will lead a high-energy team across day and night shifts, deliver exceptional customer experiences, uphold food safety and stock integrity, and engage with the local community to adapt strategies to market needs.

At Morrisons, our Store Managers are at the heart of everything we do. As Store Manager, you are the ultimate custodian of your store; leading from the front to build an energetic team, champion our iconic Market Street, and deliver an unbeatable shopping experience for your local community.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you’ll take full P&L and operational ownership of the entire store, setting the strategic direction, driving commercial growth, and creating an inspiring environment where colleagues thrive.

• Driving Commercial Success: Owning full P&L performance, maximizing sales, optimizing labor productivity, and driving profitability.
• Championing Market Street: Ensuring our fresh food heritage shines through high-energy retail theatre, expert craftsmanship, and exceptional availability.
• Leading & Developing People: Building a high-performing management team, nurturing talent, and cultivating a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
• Delivering Operational Excellence: Maintaining flawless store standards, strict food safety, compliance, and stock integrity across all shifts.
• Connecting with the Community: Acting as the face of Morrisons locally, engaging with customers, and adapting trade strategies to local market needs.
