Job summary

Morrisons in Hadleigh is seeking a Store Manager to own the store end-to-end, lead from the front, and deliver an unbeatable shopping experience for the local community.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will drive commercial growth, maintain high store standards, and develop a high-performing management team across day and night shifts. You\'ll champion Market Street, oversee P&L, ensure food safety, and connect with customers as the face of Morrisons.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you’ll take full P&L and operational ownership of the entire store, setting the strategic direction, driving commercial growth, and creating an inspiring environment where colleagues thrive.

• Proven Retail Leader: Extensive experience managing large-scale, high-volume retail stores with full P&L accountability.

• Inspirational Coach: Skilled at empowering managers, driving accountability, and building strong team morale across day and night shifts.
