📌 Position

Store Manager (Permanent Contract, 39 hours/week, with 2 days off)

🕒 Working Hours

Monday to Saturday from 10am to 6pm, and Sunday from 11am to 6pm.

🔄 Weekend work is mandatory, with Sundays scheduled on a rotational basis within the team.

🎯 Your missions

• Develop the store’s performance through effective cash management and monitoring key performance indicators: sales, average basket size, conversion rate, collective goals, etc.
• Drive sales while maintaining impeccable customer service and store image
• Manage your team in line with Oh My Cream’s values
• Oversee store operations (HR, stock, etc.) and ensure high-quality standards in terms of image (product presentation, merchandising, and cleanliness)
• Ensure compliance with processes
• Lead by example with the completion of these tasks:
  • Personalized customer welcome
  • Sales advice and customer loyalty
  • Skin consultations
  • Leading masterclasses and in-store events
  • Performing expert and customized facial treatments with Dermalogica, Tata Harper, and Oh My Cream Skincare.
• Preparing treatment rooms: setting up beds, cleaning/disinfecting between treatments
• Receiving and organizing restocks (2 deliveries per week)
• Regular store inventory management
• Ordering supplies (office materials, beauty consumables)
• Store maintenance

• Previous retail management experience is a must !
