Job summary

Oh My Cream is seeking a Retail and Skincare Expert - Facialist for a part-time role in London. You will work at 51 Redchurch St with typical hours Mon-Sat 10am–7pm and Sundays 12pm–6pm, with weekends on a rotational basis.

The position offers monthly commission, one weekend off per month (except December), a birthday day off, extensive training on products and facials, 28 days holiday, a pension scheme after probation, and a 40% product discount.

Qualifications

• Passion for beauty and customer service.
• Hands-on work and a proactive, versatile personality.
• Beauty therapy qualification is an advantage.
• Significant sales experience and customer service focus.
• Detail-oriented, organized, dynamic and friendly.

Responsibilities

• Provide a range of luxury facials and skincare treatments.
• Offer personalized reception and tailor services to customers.
• Give expert advice on Oh My Cream products and build loyalty.
• Perform skin diagnoses to match products.
• Lead in-store masterclasses and events to engage customers.
• Receive and store restocks (2 deliveries per week) to keep stock available.
• Conduct regular inventory checks to prevent shortages.
• Order supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday from 10am to 7pm, and Sunday from noon to 6pm.

Weekend work is mandatory, with Sundays scheduled on a rotational basis within the team.

1. Oh My Cream Skincare - Plumping Facial: A complete treatment incorporating facialist techniques, ideal for illuminating, plumping, and smoothing the skin.

2. Dermalogica Proskin: A 100% personalised face care made with ultra-concentrated professional products to solve all your skin problems.

3. Dermalogica - Hydrafacial Treatment : A treatment combining deep cleansing, advanced exfoliation, and LEDs for transformed skin.

4. Tata Harper: A 100% organic cabin experience. Aromatic and ultra-sensory, Tata Harper treatments replenish and erase the signs of age as well as signs of fatigue.

• Personalized customer reception to offer tailored services and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Expert advice on the Oh My Cream range of products :Sales advice and development of customer loyalty through attentive and personalized service
• Perform skin diagnosis to better understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Lead masterclasses and in-store events, creating engaging customer experiences
• Receive and store restocks (2 deliveries per week) to ensure the store is always well-stocked
• Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain product availability and avoid stock shortages
• Order supplies (office materials, beauty consumables) to ensure smooth daily operations
