Job summary

Oh My Cream Limited in London seeks a beauty advisor to deliver luxury facials, provide expert product advice, and create a welcoming, high-end customer experience.

The role includes leading in-store events, stock management, and maintaining product availability; weekend work is mandatory with a monthly shift pattern. A LVL 2 Beauty diploma is preferred, with extensive training and a generous staff benefit package.

Qualifications

• Provide a range of luxury facials (only if the candidate holds at least the LVL 2 Beauty diploma).
• Personalized reception to offer tailored services and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Expert advice on the Oh My Cream range and loyalty development.
• Perform skin diagnosis to understand customer needs and recommend products.
• Lead in-store events and masterclasses for engaging customer experiences.
• Receive and store restocks (2 deliveries per week) and conduct inventory checks.
• Order office materials and beauty consumables to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

Offer :Full time positions available (39 hours/week minimum)

Weekend work is mandatory, with Sundays scheduled on a rotational basis within the team

Your missions

• Perform skin diagnosis to better understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Lead masterclasses and in-store events, creating engaging customer experiences
• Receive and store restocks (2 deliveries per week) to ensure the store is always well-stocked
• Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain product availability and avoid stock shortages
• Order supplies (office materials, beauty consumables) to ensure smooth daily operations
