Job summary

OH MY CREAM is hiring a Retail and Skincare Expert - Facialist in London. The role is a full-time permanent contract with a 39-hour week, based at 62 Cross Street, London. You will welcome clients, provide expert product advice, diagnose skin, and lead in-store events to enhance customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Personalized customer reception to offer tailored services and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Expert advice on the Oh My Cream range and loyalty development through attentive service.
• Perform skin diagnosis to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Lead masterclasses and in-store events for engaging customer experiences.
• Receive and store restocks (2 deliveries per week) to ensure stock availability.
• Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain product availability.
• Order supplies (office materials, beauty consumables) to ensure smooth daily operations.

Retail and Skincare Expert - Facialist

Offer

• Full-time Permanent Contract (39 hours/week)

Location

62 Cross Street London N1 2BA

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday from 10am to 7pm, and Sunday from noon to 6pm.

Weekend work is mandatory, with Sundays scheduled on a rotational basis within the team.
