Job summary

New Look Lisburn is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team of fashion enthusiasts and drive strong commercial results in-store. You will deliver a customer-obsessed shopping journey, empower colleagues and collaborate with the Territory Leader to maximise KPI performance.

You will be accountable for store performance, stock control, and delivering a fun, supportive environment that encourages teamwork and personal growth while reflecting New Look values.

• You have previous store management or deputy management experience.
• You demonstrate a track record of delivering and exceeding KPIs.

As our Lisburn Store Manager you will lead and inspire a team to deliver great results through your commerciality, collaboration, resilience and being customer obsessed.

In your high street store you will lead your team to create a customer obsessed atmosphere. You will be genuine in your delivery of a shopping experience that helps our customers express their individuality, personality and unique style through fashion. You will create and lead a team who support one another and deliver results…whilst having fun along the way!

You will be fully accountable for the your store performance, by working alongside your Territory Leader to continually identify opportunities which will impact KPI’s, customer service, team development and overall sales – so that we are playing to win!

About you:

• You have previous store/deputy management experience
• You have a track record of effectively leading and managing a team
• You identify yourself as a New Look brand adorer
• You have a history of delivering and exceeding KPI’s and key objectives
• Commercial acumen
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and provide exceptional service.
• Exceptional organizational skills to handle inventory management, stock control, and order replenishment efficiently.
