Job summary

New Look at the Trafford Centre in Manchester is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team, drive commercial results and deliver a customer-obsessed shopping experience across our high street store, empowering your team to deliver excellent service and stand out in a competitive market.

You will be fully accountable for store performance, working with your Territory Leader to improve KPIs, develop colleagues, manage stock and replenish stock efficiently, and create a supportive, energetic store

Qualifications

• Previous store or deputy management experience.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
• Identifies as a New Look brand adorer.
• History of delivering and exceeding KPIs and objectives.
• Strong commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills for inventory, stock control and replenishment.

As our Trafford Centre Sales Manager you will lead and inspire a team to deliver great results through your commerciality, collaboration, resilience and being customer obsessed.

In your high street store, you will lead your team to create a customer‑obsessed atmosphere. You will be genuine in your delivery of a shopping experience that helps our customers express their individuality, personality and unique style through fashion. You will create and lead a team who support one another and deliver results…whilst having fun along the way!

You will be fully accountable for your store performance, by working alongside your Territory Leader to continually identify opportunities which will impact KPIs, customer service, team development and overall sales – so that we are playing to win!

About you:

• You have previous store/deputy management experience
• You have a track record of effectively leading and managing a team
• You identify yourself as a New Look brand adorer
• You have a history of delivering and exceeding KPIs and key objectives
• Commercial acumen
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and provide exceptional service.
• Exceptional organisational skills to handle inventory management, stock control, and order replenishment efficiently.
