It\'s a busy and exciting time for the brand and we’re on the hunt for a Store Manager to join our growing Belfast York Gate team.

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a team to deliver great results through commerciality, collaboration, resilience and a customer-obsessed approach in a high street store.
Shape the customer shopping journey by delivering a genuine, expressive shopping experience that helps customers show their individuality and style.
Create and lead a team that supports one another, delivers results and enjoys the process.
Be fully accountable for store performance by working with the Territory Leader to identify opportunities affecting KPI’s, customer service, team development and overall sales.
