Sweaty Betty is seeking a personable and reliable Store Assistant to join our team. You will support store management, handle cash, stock, merchandising, and deliver exceptional customer service while upholding our brand standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated retail sales success.
• Experience in a customer-facing role; supervisory experience preferred but not essential.
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.

Responsibilities

• Support the store management in opening/closing, cash-handling, stock control, merchandising and maintaining a clean store.
• Be a role model with a positive attitude and product knowledge.
• Create amazing customer experiences with authentic service that leaves a lasting impression.
• Help achieve sales goals and drive store performance as an ambassador for local marketing efforts.
• Perform other duties as required by the manager.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety and inventory policies.
• Own stock management and execute merchandising guidelines to hit KPIs.
