Job summary

Sweaty Betty is seeking a dynamic Store Manager in the United Kingdom to lead a high-performing team and embody our brand values on the shop floor. You will drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and manage daily operations.

You’ll coach staff, monitor KPIs, handle scheduling and payroll, control costs, and ensure a welcoming, inclusive environment. The role requires flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in a management role in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proven track record of achieving store KPIs and sales targets.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Experience with payroll, scheduling and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and engage the team to deliver brand values and excellent customer service.
• Own store P&L, driving sales, cost management and KPI delivery.
• Deliver outstanding service and build customer loyalty on the shop floor.
• Manage stock flow, merchandising, and store operations with a focus on efficiency.
