Responsibilities

• Analyse a variety of reports to measure store and team success.
• Work with KPIs to evaluate performance and identify development areas.
• Provide exceptional leadership and guidance to all team members, aligning personal and store objectives.
• Conduct progress meetings and set SMART goals for staff.
• Communicate development or training needs to the Area Manager and People Advisor.
• Ensure exemplary customer service is delivered at all times.
• Ensure adherence to OB operational standards by the team.
• Maintain clear, approachable communication in line with the Oliver Bonas tone of voice.
