Screwfix is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead a busy store in Leeds. You’ll motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, manage budgets and stock, and shape the store’s personality to fit the community.

You’ll work with support from a wider network of Branch Managers, contributing to KPI delivery and development. A strong focus on people, reliability and flexibility will help you thrive in this role.
