Job summary

Pets at Home in Slough is seeking a Store Manager to lead our pet care centre, drive sales and deliver an exceptional shopping experience for customers and their pets. You will oversee daily operations, manage a team of 10+, ensure health and safety compliance, and maintain high store standards while working a 7-day pattern including weekends and bank holidays.

• At least 2 years of management experience in a retail environment leading a team of 10+ in a fast-paced setting.
• A passion for retail and a proven track record of delivering excellent results.
• Flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to engage and motivate your team.
• Passionate about learning and committed to training in customer service, health and safety, and pet care
