This hands-on leadership role builds a high-performing team from day one, creates a strong store culture, and delivers an exceptional customer experience while driving commercial results. • Minimum 3+ years’ Store Manager experience (essential).
• Experience in retail or hospitality is mandatory.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Commercial awareness and confidence using sales data.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
