Job summary

ProCook Ltd. is opening a brand‑new Newcastle Eldon Square store in early 2027 and seeks a hands‑on Store Manager to build a high‑performing team from day one.

You’ll lead the shop floor, coach staff, and partner with the Regional Manager to deliver exceptional service, strong KPIs, and smooth day‑to‑day operations. You’ll manage all aspects from stock and merchandising to standards, with a schedule of 40 hours per week on a 5‑out‑of‑7 rota, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years’ Store Manager experience.
• Experience in retail or hospitality is mandatory.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Commercial awareness using sales data.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem‑solving skills.
• Great operational skills.
