Qualifications

• 4–6 years of retail experience.
• Approximately 2–3 years of supervisory experience, including coaching, counselling and developing people.
• Qualification in Business Administration or related field (or two years' additional experience).
• Impressive track record of delivering quality customer service.
• Experience in retail operations, budgeting, planning, customer service, and people management.

Responsibilities

• Maximise sales and profitability through effective store management and excellent customer service.
• Guide and support staff to maintain high standards in customer service and sales.
• Give clear directions to ensure the store achieves the brand standard in product presentation and merchandising.
• Recruit, train, retain, and develop a high-quality team.
