ASICS is seeking a Store Manager for our Portsmouth Factory Outlet. You will lead a team to maximise sales, maintain brand standards in merchandising, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of retail experience.
• Approximately 2–3 years of supervisory experience, including coaching, counselling and developing people.
• Qualification in Business Administration or related field (or two years' additional experience).
• Impressive track record of delivering quality customer service.
• Experience in retail operations, budgeting, planning, customer service, and people management.
