Toolstation in Glenrothes is recruiting a Store Manager to lead daily operations and a frontline team. You will manage opening/closing, stock control, customer service and the store’s performance targets.

You’ll champion a customer-first culture, develop staff, and ensure high standards across merchandise, cleanliness and safety. This role is 40 hours per week in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications
